On the other hand, location means traffic in that area is pretty heavy whenever there's a game happening, and it's kinda on the edge of our distance range at about 20-25 mintues -- but the location would be very helpful to us. HOA a bit high, and with all that west/south-facing glass, the windows better be good. Note you also have unit 806 in the same building on the list.Everything good, except for eating area -- too small, wants to be able to host a few people for a meal. Again, nice area that’s mostly a mix of residential, office, and retail. Lot of traffic in that area around rush hour, but otherwise fine. Looks like the views from this particular unit are mostly of the other buildings in the complex, though you might have a little bit of a golf course view off one side of the patio. Looks like they have an open house scheduled 9/21, which is about two weeks out.
