Development appears to have a good-sized clubhouse, but they don't say much about it - may have pool table?		Bathrooms are a little small but it’s otherwise very nice. Patio itself looks quite nice, and the common area is lovely. View out the tall window in the dining area is kinda ugly, but maybe a nice plant or something would help. HOA fee a little high but does include water and trash. Includes 2-car garage. Looks like you'd need to buy a fridge and washer/dryer.	Y	Access isn’t going to work - would have to walk way around to use back door and front door has six steps up then down. 6	Scottsdale Shadows	450	1,380	2/2	listing	map	Jr: Unit looks nice enough, but I suspect it doesn't let in as much natural light as you like -- note the only source of natural light in the main living area is the balcony door, which leads to a covered balcony. The bedrooms look like they're fine, though, and the listing says something about lots of natural light, so maybe I'm wrong. Also, the immediate view looks to be mostly parking lot, though I can't tell at all what's visible beyond that. On the flip side, the floors and high ceiling are nice, and the ammenities sound nice (wonder if the course is free to play), and include a pool table. Location is oddly a little far at about 25 minutes; I say "oddly" because that area is usually more like 15-20, but it could just be the traffic patterns with the shopping center and such.	Y	Nice complex with lots of amenities. However, unit itself was dark with concrete floors and ceilings that need to be cleaned up. View of dumpster. It's within walking distance of WestWorld, which is where the Barrett-Jackson car auction and the Scottsdale Arabian Horse Show are held, both of which are world-renowned and considered the "Super Bowl" events of their respective fields. (That said, traffifc in the area can get quite heavy when these events are happening, especially when Barrett and the Phoenix Open, which is also close by, are happening at the same time.)	Y	Everything is basic, builder-grade, so would need a lot of updates. Most of the space, save for the kitchen, is also dark. Side-note: I’m pretty sure I was there with one of the boys! Two garage spaces, reasonable HOA. Mayo clinic location that's mentioned is their Scottsdale campus, which I believe focuses on outpatient services (along with some specialties).
