Interior-wise, it seems nicely updated with higher ceilings and crown moldings; marble or marble-look tile on main-area floors and some of the bathroom walls; a fireplace; a well-placed, large skylight in the main living room area; and a solar tube in the kitchen. Listing says kitchen has granite countertops, but note they're tiled. There's room to eat at the high-top kitchen counter plus a dining area. Master bathroom has upgraded shower but atop a jetted tub, while the second bath has nicely done shower-only setup. The backyard is just a brick patio with one palm tree as the ony landscaping. There's also no portion of it that's covered. But, it's large enough that you could do a lot with it, so I guess it's an open canvas. I don't believe there are any views to speak of. Moderate HOA incudes water/sewer but not roof.		Sr: had some nice features, particularly the patio in the proximity to the swimming pool, which got access through a gate in the back of the patio, but it needs some redo in the kitchen and in the bathrooms, so that would have to be calculated into the pricing	2/2	7313 E Pleasant Run E, Scottsdale, AZ 85258	3

Photographer did some weird things, but it looks nice overall. Big! Has fireplace, dining area, large laundry room, lots of storage, walk-in master shower. Kitchen has lots of light, and other living areas look decent, too. The updates are generally nice, but I suspect you'd want to make a few more. LIsting doesn't say, but it appears the windows are newer, and the listing does say there are sun screens. Mature trees in front and back are very nice, and the covered back patio is a decent size. Note sure on views. Pool finish should be durable, as should the barrel tile roof. The listing references an HOA but no fee is listed. On the cons list, it looks like you'd be responsible for about everything maintenance-wise. There's a pool. And a spa. The house also backs up to 7th Street, which is six lanes at that point, so would want to see what the noise is like (might not be too bad with the wall, but don't know). Do you want ~2500 sq ft to take care of?		Sr: had some good things about it, and also a few that would have to be addressed, including a roof that has to be replaced in AC that has to be replaced and probably flooring in one of the bedrooms. It had a great shower in master bath. The second bathroom was OK and the pool equipment was new in 2023 including the resurfacing	2/3	14644 N 7th Pl, Phoenix, AZ 85022	4
