Please make these adjustments. Remove any listings in excess of 625,000, remove Camila Vista listing 7405 N. Villa Camila Del Norte unit 137, remove Brentwood Park. For me, there are no listing tiers. I look at the individual units and see what they bring or don't bring as far as my desires. Illuminate any units that do not have a washer and dryer inside the unit. The development that are the most interesting are the Optima Biltmore, Optima, camel view, Optima Terrace, Scottsdale, shadows, Camilo Vista, hi Daragh, perhaps Toscana, if a view comes available. I prefer to have a fireplace, higher ceilings, views of a golf course or mountains, or city lights or even a nice green area, Underground parking is the best, but a garage would be very good and covered. Parking would really be the last acceptable. I do not want anything that has just open parking full-time for the residence, as for
HOA fees, there are several of the developments that include almost everything, and some do include everything. As I said before, laundry in the unit. Floor plans, other than a box are much more agreeable, and unit floor plan that has the guest bedroom adjacent to the living area so that it can be opened up into one larger area. Amenities are also a consideration.

We also need to see the villages as at least on paper. They have many of the items I'm interested in. Also, take the current Daragh off the list as it is an interior view. I checked all the units that are for sale there, and their interior views as well. The area would be great and it has several features I like, but it would need to be an exterior view, and there are many of those just none for sale right at this moment. FYI, I think the condo mania Mabs show the location in the development the best.

Yes, I'm not interested in views only of the parking lot. That one unit that was looked at before I think a number 147 had a good distribution of windows when the remodel would be done and it actually had views of the mountains and green, unless you actually went up and stood in front of the window and look down so that is not a problem there. There's also units there that have fireplaces which is good. They have amenities, including some billiards which is good. they do have low ceilings, which is bad, but everything has to be taken into consideration to finally come up with a decision. There is no perfect unless I was able to spend a whole lot more money and then more of the criteria could be met. I'm sure. I just need to take everything into consideration on each individual unit, and how much has to be done in the unit with the cost of it is because I will be paying 55% of the units
sale price as it exist but 100% of the dollars needed to rehab the unit. That's why I'm considering such a wide range of dollars for the sale price because it just depends how much is done and how much isn't done and what I can live with. There are a few of the units at that villages and Camilo Vista have been recently redone and looked pretty good. Same thing for Scottsdale shadows and of course everything is paid for there with one payment to the HOA and underground parking and lots and lots of amenities, including Golf so everything counts. another one is at the Daragh. It has very good amenities is located. Close to my son, has fireplaces has very high ceilings and good parking but there's nothing with a view. They're all interior and look at the other buildings and that's not what I'm interested in especially because they are so close. Same sort of a problem that the Toscana has
unless a unit becomes available. That is on the periphery of the development and has some kind of view of green or lights or golf course or mountains. Of course, square footage is a consideration also which is one of the reasons why I like that unit 303 at optimal Biltmore end it also has lots of other good things that hit my criteria list and even the view is OK because I like it better at that level than the units that cost more in the same stack that are at a higher elevation. as for changing the color on the non-laundry units, that's OK and maybe when will crop up that answers every other criteria need and then I would be able to live with that.
